Here we’d like to introduce the punchboard in particular as it’s also the main component of a game. Currently, the most popular punchboard can be either single-layer or double-layer.

The typical material for a 2mm single-layer punchboard in games like Nemesis is 250gsm CCNB + 900gsm greyboard + 250gsm CCNB. The double-layer punchboard is also called recessed board and it’s the deluxe version of the punchboard. The most representative one is the double-layer punchboard in Tainted Grail, which consists of 250gsm CCNB + 900gsm greyboard + 250gsm CCNB + 900gsm greyboard + 250gsm CCNB.
