The magnetic box is normally paired with iron pieces and magnets to ensure suction. The magnet’s magnetic force setting is normally recommended to be N42 or more and it is advised to consider the weight range of the product when designing it.
If you do not have a lot of components within your box, we suggest a fold-form magnetic box so that you can pay for flat packaging when shipping, which saves on shipping costs. Usually, we apply a matte lamination and embossing surface treatment to define its higher grade.
Keep in mind that though structured after the “set up box”, the magnetic box’s total weight, including internal accessories and magnetic strips, is usually slightly heavier.
